Marchesa was the designer of the night, making appearances on three big stars that night. And this one just might be my favorite. I love the bright color. And, you know me, I've never met a ruffle I didn't like. And well, I love these ruffles. This gown is all the drama that an Oscar dress should be. Way to bring out the big guns for the Oscars, Vera.
