Met Gala 2010: Rosario Dawson
Rosario Dawson in a custom lilac bustier Giambattista Valli gown and Fred Leighton jewels. 
I'm not sure who this Giambattista Valli guy is or how he settled on Rosario being his date for the Met Gala, but I'm guessing she owed him a favor, because that is the only reason I can come up with for wearing that dress.
