Italian Craftsmanship and Design from Antonini

Well-crafted gold, diamond highlights and colorful gems are among the hallmarks of new collections from Italian jewelry company, Antonini.

The company introduced its Extraordinaire collection during the Centurion 2011 jewelry show. The gold earrings, cocktail rings and necklaces are embellished with pavé diamonds and gemstones. There were two 18k white gold rings from the collection on

SAG Awards 2011: Winona Ryder

OMG, CRAZY EYES!!! Winona looks scared, y'all. Like she was just startled by a paparazoo and she might knife someone at any second. I'm afraid to review her look...

But I will, because I'm your fearless EWP.

While many people wore, and pulled off, white on the SAG Awards red carpet this year, Winona Ryder was not one of them. This dress's tulle just looks like someone ripped off a layer of her dress. And her hair and makeup are bonkers.

F

SAG Awards 2011: Jane Krakowski

Jane Krakowski in Badgley Mischka
Oh, Jane, after I went on and on about how you did preggo glam right at the Globes, this is how you repay me? Why do you hate me? I was on your side!

But now we are clearly enemies, because this dress looks ridiculous.

D

SAG Awards 2011: Claire Danes

Claire Danes in Louis Vuitton
I was all set to love this dress and call it my favorite look of the night (seriously, I am v. in love with the cascading flowers) but then I saw Claire tug on it. And then she did again. And again. People, if you are going strapless, you are NOT ALLOWED TO TUG ON IT ALL NIGHT. Nothing makes you look stupider than pulling up your strapless dress all night. If you're doing that, it doesn't fit right. It was very disappointing to see her struggling with holding it up all night. Also disappointing? That lipstick choice. Ick.

B+

SAG Awards 2011: Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian in Marchesa
Wowza, Kimmers, put the ladies away please! I love me some Marchesa, but this look is a little vulgar on the chesty Kim K. I just feel like her one breast is going to escape at any moment. The girls need a little more support, don't you think, Kim? Oh, and step away from the fake eyelashes. You look crazypants.

D

SAG Awards 2011: January Jones

January Jones in Carolina Herrera
Well, JJ, thanks for covering up. I know I was anti-all your dirty hooker cutouts at the Globes, but not sure going for this level of covering was necessary to appease me. I think the lace is very pretty and like the silhouette, but I think the neck really isn't doing it for me. Too high maybe? I'm not sure what's throwing me off... but it's something.

B

SAG Awards 2011: Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara in Roberto Cavalli
VAVAVOOM!!!!! I'm sorry, y'all, but I have a serious girl crush on Sofia Vergara. The woman is gorgeous. Just supreme sexiness. And she plays every curve to its utmost hotness in this figure-hugging, but still beautiful, Cavalli gown. The casually flowing locks just up the sex appeal. And work to not overdo an already smoking gown. Love.

A

SAG Awards 2011: Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank in Versace

This gown is flowy and ethereal. The beaded detail on the bodice and ruching make for an interesting twist, while her big, soft curls add a hint of romance. It has the elements of something I would love, but I'm just not feeling it. Maybe because the color is dull. Maybe because I think Hilary Swank looks like a man. I dunno.

B

SAG Awards 2011: Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman in Azzaro
Well, this is a pleasant improvement from the bleeding muumuu at the Globes. Still a bit of a sack like the last look, but a little more baby bump showing, and much much more understated. Hair and makeup are the perfect classic combo for this minimal gown.

B+

SAG Awards 2011: Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson in J. Mendel
Occasionally Mr. EWP pretends to be watching when I am engrossed in red carpet coverage and for whatever reason, when Rosario Dawson showed up on the SAG red carpet, Mr. EWP chose to look up from his book and asked "What do you think of her dress?" And my response was "It looks so pretty and soft, I want to touch it!" I think that was a strange response to him because he gave me a weird look and immediately went back to reading.

What? It looks so soft! I really do want to touch it. I love the soft, pale yellow with the turquoise earrings. Fabulous combo.

A-

SAG Awards 2011: Amy Adams

Amy Adams in Hervé Leroux

No one does a sleek ponytail like Amy Adams. Lady is a stunner with her hair pulled back. The dress, however, I found a little strange. In theory I would love it - simple, elegant, very flowy and feminine, but then I saw her walking with it and she held the piece that hangs down the middle as she walked. If you can't walk in your dress like a normal person, then you don't get to have me tell you that you looked nice in it.

B-

SAG Awards 2011: Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman in Nina Ricci

Nicole Kidman continues her streak of random accessorizing with this odd statement necklace over a high-neck lace dress. Why, people? Why?

This dress by itself could have been pretty, if a tad dreary, but with the necklace and the lipstick, it's really just sad and confusing.

F

SAG Awards 2011: Tina Fey

Tina Fey in Oscar de la Renta
STOP THE PRESSES! Tina Fey was at an awards show and didn't wear black or navy!!!!! This is an actual color, y'all! I'm so shocked I can't even begin to review it. Excuse me while I compose myself.....

Okay, I'm back. The dress looks a little applique for my tastes, but I do appreciate the grown up glamour look she put together. And good job going understated with hair in a low bun and understated makeup when wearing a red, busy dress.

B

SAG Awards 2011: Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks in L'Wren Scott
I must say this dress looked smashing on screen. Christina's waist looked teeny tiny and her curves fantabulous. But in pictures, it looks like a total miss. Sadness. In real life I quite enjoyed the smoking jacket turned evening gown look, but these pictures just make her look like she's wearing a sad robe. Guess people should be more aware of how their look photographs.

B

SAG Awards 2011: Helena Bonham Carter

I depend on Helena Bonham Carter for my red carpet crazy. She's always so reliably ridiculous. But, y'all, this look is downright boring for her. The shoes actually match! She's just wearing pearls!

I don't know what to do with myself. The world just seems so wrong and upside down now.

B-

SAG Awards 2011: Heather Morris

Heather Morris in Romona Keveza

Forget Lea Michele and Diana Agron, this Glee starlet is giving the other ladies a run for their red carpet money. Heather is simply stunning in this soft peach gown with soft hair and makeup to match. Love.

Get Thee to a Bloomingdales

I went shoe shopping today for some new shoes for my lil sis's upcoming wedding. Let's not discuss the merits of shoe shopping when you can barely reach your feet. It may not have been my smartest idea ever.

On this big shoe shopping trip, I made my way into Bloomies, because they have a great shoe selection and discovered they're having a fab shoe sale: take an additional 50% off sale prices. And boy did they have A LOT of shoes on sale. Need flats? They had 'em. Boots? I swear every pair of boots in the store was on sale. And after thoroughly impressing all the shoe shoppers with my walking around in 5 inch heels when 9 months pregnant, I walked away with 3 pairs of heels for $125, which was really my budget for just the one pair of shoes I was looking for. And considering just the puppies below were originally $180, I think I got myself a good deal.

Our Biggest Loser

For those of you readers who have been to our office this face probably looks familiar. Olivia has been the office manager at Dr. Walden's for 2 years and she, along with her sister Hannah, is on the current season of the Biggest Loser getting her butt kicked by Bob and Jillian.

We are so proud of our girl who has long wanted to get the weight off and will no doubt return to us slim and trim. I know one of her concerns before leaving for the show was that if she was able to lose all the weight she may be left with saggy skin. This can be a problem after any major weight loss and it is very common for people to undergo a tummy tuck or full body lift as the icing on the fat-free cake once the extra l.b.'s are gone. This is not something people should even think about until the weight is not only gone, but has been kept off for quite awhile. For those who are just getting rid of the weight to save themselves from heart disease and diabetes, then the aesthetic result may not matter so much. For many though, there is the element of vanity which cannot be achieved without a nip/tuck at the end. In those instances I think people should hold their head high on their way to their plastic surgery consultation. I think of it as a much deserved reward for all that hard work! What a cupcake used to be after a job well done! After all, these are not pounds that would come off with a little more time on a treadmill. There is only one way to get rid of excess skin to this degree and that is with a knife.

Well lucky for a Olivia she's got an in with one of New York's top plastic surgeons if she ever needs one....
