Oh, Sandy, I did not like this look at all. The dress was just too hippy dippy for me. It was a bit of a snoozer and didn't do anything for her.
And then paired with these bangs and omg, it did not look good:
Seriously, what is going on with her hair? I swear twitter was all a-flutter about whether they were clip-on bangs. And if there is debate over whether your bangs clip in or not, then you definitely have made a major hair misstep. Dress: C
