My Calypso St. Barth for Target Purchase

My Calypso St. Barth for Target purchases arrived the other day and while this top was a total miss (it fit really funny in a big, unflattering way and the collar was ugly and unfeminine), I do think this dress will be great for running around the city this summer. What do you think?
