New Face of Almay...New Nose?

In a commercial for Almay eye shadow it looks as though the new spokesperson, Kate Hudson, may have undergone a tip-plasty. A tip-plasty is a surgical procedure in which just the tip of the nose and its cartilages are refined (as opposed to a septoplasty which remedies a deviated septum, and a total rhinoplasty). Many have speculated that Hudson underwent a rhinoplasty in the past. While we can speculate she underwent a second surgical procedure to refine the tip of her nose, nothing can be confirmed. Another Montag, Another Plastic Surgery Procedure

Watching The Hills last night I was blown away at how far the girls have come since their days as interns at Teen Vogue. Equally astonishing was how amazing Holly Montag looked, the famous sister of Hills star Heidi Montag.

I definetely think she has undergone a rhinoplasty, along with treatments for Botox and dermal fillers in her lips.

What do you guys think? Is Speidi's sister falling into the web of celebrity plastic surgery obsession? Or do you think her minimal procedures make her look great and she'll probably just quit while she's ahead?

Every gossip magazine in the country is covering the Heidi Montag plastic surgery overkill story, and it looks like her hubby Spencer Pratt is wanting to cash in on the publicity Montag has generated with her previously reported 10 procedures.

Pratt has released statements to media outlets expressing his interest in chest implants, but sources close to the couple are also stating that he will also go under the knife for a rhinoplasty and liposuction.

Looks like the plastic surgery bug is contagious at their house, who�s next I wonder�. Stephanie Pratt or little Enzo?

The "Natural" Girl Next-Door ?

Jennifer Garner (37), mother of the ever so cute Violet Affleck, and wife to the handsome Ben Affleck has often been dubbed as the "naturally gorgeous girl next door" by InStyle magazine. That being said one would never think she has had any work done. However, nowadays any picture taken pre-celebrity cannot be hidden from a good Google search. Here we have a picture of her back in the days and amazingly she did not have much of an upper lip! Who would have thought?

Most likely she had soft tissue fillers injected into her upper lip, or an implant inserted for lip augmentation. Although she might have opted for the implant it does not look as big and "trouty" as, let's say, a certain star whose been on Dancing With the Stars and on the daytime soap opera, Days of Our Lives. That's because she truly had a really thin upper lip and the well-done augmentation made it look plump, not overly exaggerated and fake. I still think she looks great, but likely she has made slight changes that enhanced her features. In my book, she is naturally beautiful!

Grammy's Best Dressed and Best Augmentation?

American model Marisa Miller (30) graced the red carpet at the Grammy's with a short, cinched mini-dress. Marisa has appeared in Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret, and to say the least she has a body to die for! However, its been rumored that she has had a breast augmentation, breast lift and possible rhinoplasty (Source: Plasticopedia and Awful Plastic Surgery). The picture on the right shows Marissa laying down and what seems like the outline of implants. The picture on the left looks like she may have slight drooping and recent pictures of Marissa with a loose shirt taken at the same angle show her breasts as more perky and voluminous.

Brit Sets the Record Straight

Though it is rumored that the Queen of all Pop-tarts, Britney Spears, has had a rhinoplasty in the past, it is not her nose, or outlandish media antics that are making the news recently. Despite Britney's recent rocky road, which was almost completely documented by the media and tabloids, things are starting to straighten out for her.

December 2, 2008 is not only the star's twenty-seventh birthday, which she will celebrate on Good Morning America, but it is also the release date of her much anticipated, appropriately named album, Circus. It seems as though Britney Spears has been the center of the media circus since she hit the scene in 1998 with "Hit Me Baby One More Time", but she will finally set the record straight on November 30, 2008. will release the 90-minute documentary she teamed up with MTV to make, entitled "For The Record". (Read the MTV story here). Britney Spears has long since been on the road to reputation-recovery and does not plan to slow down anytime soon. This is the comeback we've all been waiting for! We still love you, Brit!

Plastic Surgery: An International Sensation

Cosmetic surgery practices have reached every corner of the earth, including but not limited to the U.S., Brazil, Asia, Europe, and now-- India. Bollywood sensation Koena Mitra, though it cannot be confirmed, may have had a little work. Her first big break was during a Gladrgs Modeling Contest in 2002, and when she became a semi-finalist in the Miss Intercontinental competition. Since then Koena has starred in movies, commercials, and advertisements and has become an iconic celebrity in India. (Read her bio at chakpak.com).

What some may (or may not) have noticed is Koena's altered appearance since she first hit the Bollywood scene. Looking at the second picture listed below, it is clear Koena is wearing colored contact lenses, and may have undergone a rhinoplasty to reduce the size of her nose and refine the tip (she has a bit of alar collapse if you look closely). She also looks like she has permanent make-up tattooed on her face, including her eyebrows. She may have also had a filler like Juvederm or Restylane injected into her lips to make them appear fuller, and possibly even breast augmentation. She looked gorgeous in the first picture and probably didn't need a thing, but no matter what she's done, she remains an exotic beauty.

Has Kate Winslet Gone Under the Knife?

Kate Winslet's most famed role was in 1997's Titanic, which was not only the highest grossing film in history, but also got Winslet nominated for an Academy Award. In addition to being a fantastic actress, Winslet was also famed for being larger than your every-day Hollywood starlet (you go girl!). In recent pictures, like the cover of this month's Vanity Fair, it is obvious Kate Winslet looks as stunning as ever, but has Winslet had plastic surgery?

According to Starpulse.com, Winslet has

admitted to being curious about going under the knife. On the contrary, her husband, Sam Mendes, is against cosmetic surgery in her case and though Winslet has slimmed down over the years and had two children, she said will respect her husband's wishes. What her husband may or may not know is that Winslet may have already gone under the knife. Though it cannot be said for certain, it appears as though the youngest actress to ever be nominated for five academy awards may have undergone a rhinoplasty in previous years to reshape her nose.

The only thing that is for certain is that Kate Winslet is not only a successful actress and mother of two, but is also drop-dead gorgeous. As of now her new movie Revolutionary Road, is set to be released later this year. Be on the lookout for it as she reunites with her Titanic co-star Leonardo DiCaprio once more. Toni Braxton is Not a Turkey

R & B singer, Toni Braxton, was recently eliminated from the ABC television show "Dancing With the Stars". Also making waves in recent weeks, is reported rumors the Toni Braxton has undergone cosmetic surgery.

OK! Magazine recently reported that the star had to have breast implants removed due to scar tissue. People magazine quoted Toni Braxton saying, "Parts of me are 41 and party of me are 20..[I will undergo] nothing else...I don't want to be a turkey, stuffed and plucked and baked". If Ms. Braxton had breast implants, perhaps she had them removed due to capsular contracture, which is a natural envelope of scar tissue that can form around medical devices implanted within the human body. This can sometimes infrequently warp the appearance of the implant/breast. In addition to patients who undergo breast augmentation, capsule formation can occur in people who receive artificial joints or have pacemakers inserted into their body.

According to InYourFace.com, another rumor has surfaced that Toni Braxton has had a rhinoplasty. It is true that her nose looks different from the way it did a number of years ago, but I cannot say for certain whether or not Toni Braxton has undergone any cosmetic procedure. Beyonc�: Bootylicious Diva

Beyonc� Knowles is known not only known for her soulful voice, but for her "bootylicious" body. Today, People magazine reported that Beyonc� needed to gain 15 lbs. for her upcoming role as Etta James in Cadillac Records. This is not the first time that the songstress' body has been in the news.

Beyonc�'s appearance has changed since her debut with the group Destiny's Child. Though nothing can be confirmed, Star Plastic Surgery rumored that the celebrity may have undergone a rhinoplasty, to refine the tip and bridge of her nose, and possibly had a breast augmentation. MakeMeHeal has also commented on whether or not the star has had liposuction to give her tummy a firm, and more chiseled appearance. It may be unlikely that Beyonc� has had liposuction, as she is young, and has already proved, through various movie roles, that she is a pro at sculpting her body. Keep up the good work, Beyonc�! Now, the verdict is still out as to whether she has undergone a rhinopolasty procedure. By the looks of these pictures, the bridge of her nose appears narrower and her tip is less bulbous. She has not admitted to having her nose surgically altered and actually was upset by an article in US Weekly Magazine that claimed she was one of Hollywood's many actresses to undergo cosmetic surgery. It could be the make-up, lighting and photography.....but I guess we'll never know!

What Turned Norma Jeane Into Marilyn?

Most people who know me, learn very quickly of my absolute admiration for Marilyn Monroe's beauty. I couldn't resist the urge to write about the blonde starlet after recently reading an article in the 25th anniversary issue of Vanity Fair. Though it has been more than twenty-six years since her untimely death, a collection of never-before-seen possessions has revealed more about Monroe's fascinating life. Though she is both stunning and captivating, Norma Jeane Baker's evolution into the blonde bombshell known as Marilyn Monroe, may have been catalyzed by plastic surgery. Who thinks Chelsea Clinton had plastic surgery?

All those who made fun of the President's daughter during the Clinton administration are eating their words now! It seems as if Chelsea Clinton got a make-over -- perhaps a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Chelsea introduced "my mother and my hero" on Monday night at the Democratic National Convention (see story in People.com). She looks great with her new look. She straightened and lightened her hair and lost her gummy smile (Source: goodplasticsurgery.com).
