It's clear to me now.  Julianna Marguiles has been put on this earth to torment my existence.  There is no other explanation for such a pretty, talented actress wearing horror after horror on the red carpet. Though, I will say, this is the best thing I've seen her in in 4 years.  Not that that's saying a lot.

Why does Julianna insist on doing this to me?????? She's a gorgeous woman, but she picks the weirdest, most matronly, most unflattering gowns for these events.  I mean, at least she picked a color this time.  A step up from her normal black death robes, but still. I do not approve.

I don't understand how such a successful, beautiful woman can make SO MANY TERRIBLE red carpet choices. JM is a serial red carpet offender. I dont' think I can remember ever seeing anything she wore that didn't make me want to rip my eyes out with a seafood fork. And this white, colum, bejeweled number definitely has me reaching in my silverware drawer. [Yes, I own seafood forks. Doesn't everybody?] I'm pretty sure this was a 7 year old's craft project and she got some plastic bobbles and some glue and put this together.

I think Julianna Marguiles is determined to not be as pretty as she could be. It's really frustrating that she keeps wearing sheets to the red carpet. She needs a new stylist, stat.
